2.8 Mexican Crispy Tortilla Pizza

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 25 minutes

Serving: 4

Ingredients:

For Baked Tortillas

8 large tortillas

Avocado oil

For beans:

¼ cup water

2 tbsp. taco seasoning

1 can beans salsa

1/2 cup white onion

For veggies:

2 tomatoes Salsa

1 jalapeno

2 stalks scallions

1 ⅓ cup Mexican cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 400 degrees. Line a tray with foil. Brush tortillas with the avocado oil.

Bake for around 10 minutes. In the meantime, get the beans ready. Cook them on medium heat.

Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. In the meantime, chop an onion. Add the onion to the beans.

Once heated through, turn off the stove. Chop the tomatoes, jalapeno, and scallions. Set cheese aside. Put beans on the tortilla. Add salsa. Place other tortilla on top.

Top with the salsa again. Spread. Top with scallions, jalapeno, and tomatoes. Top with cheese. Bake Mexican Tortilla Pizza in the oven at 400⁰ for 5 minutes.

It is ready. Cut into pieces and serve hot with the Taco Bell sauce. You can also garnish with onions, sour cream, or cilantro.
